White-Glove Service
Finding the right community isn't something you should do alone. Our Care Nexus advisors personally accompany families on tours, asking the right questions, reading between the lines, and helping you see what a brochure never shows.
How We Help
Independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home care — we break it all down in plain language so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
We listen first. Then we identify communities that align with your loved one's care needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
Our relationship doesn't end at placement. We remain a resource as needs evolve and circumstances change.
Our advisory services are completely free to seniors and families for senior living community selection. We are compensated by the communities we work with, so you receive expert, unbiased guidance at no cost to you.
Specialty Services
Nutritional assessments and meal planning guidance tailored to your loved one's health needs and dietary requirements.
Full-service moving coordination to make the transition smooth, stress-free, and dignified for your loved one.
Creating a warm, familiar, and personalized living space so your loved one feels at home from day one.
Professional nursing consultation and care coordination to ensure medical needs are met with the highest standard of care.
Coordinated transportation for medical appointments, errands, social outings, and family visits — keeping seniors mobile and independent.
Activity and outing planning that connects seniors with their community and across generations — cultural excursions, group events, and multigenerational gatherings that bring families and seniors together.
The Care Nexus Difference
Care Nexus Advisors are not care providers — we are your dedicated curators, coordinators, and advocates. We match your loved one's care needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget — then guide you every step of the way. You get clarity, confidence, and caring guidance — completely free of charge.
Care Nexus does not directly deliver medical, nursing, or personal care services. Instead, we curate and coordinate access to the right professionals who do — matching your family with vetted home care agencies, assisted living communities, memory care specialists, dietitians, and more.
Think of us as your personal senior care concierge. We know the landscape intimately, ask the right questions, and present only the options that truly fit — so you never have to sort through the noise alone.
The senior care landscape is vast, complex, and often overwhelming. Families spend weeks — sometimes months — researching options, making calls, and second-guessing decisions. A Care Nexus Advisor compresses that process into a single, guided conversation.
We have already done the vetting. We know which communities have strong outcomes, which providers are the right fit for specific needs, and how to navigate the financial and logistical details — so your family can focus on what matters most: your loved one.
Every service below is something we organize, connect, and guide — partnering with dedicated professionals so your family receives the best possible support.
We listen deeply and ask the right questions — evaluating physical, cognitive, emotional, and lifestyle needs to build a clear picture before recommending a single option.
We curate a shortlist of communities, agencies, and professionals that genuinely fit your loved one's needs, budget, and preferences — not a generic list, a tailored one.
We connect families with vetted home care agencies, assisted living communities, memory care specialists, dietitians, and transition support professionals.
We coordinate every detail of a move or care transition — from hospital discharge to community placement — so nothing falls through the cracks.
We facilitate family conversations, provide clear explanations of options, and offer caring, unbiased advice so every decision is made with confidence.
We help families understand costs, identify available benefits, veterans' programs, and financial assistance — connecting you with the right resources.
When time is critical — a hospital discharge, a sudden decline, a safety concern — we mobilize quickly, coordinating the right professionals and next steps immediately.
Our relationship doesn't end at placement. We stay connected, monitor outcomes, and advocate on your family's behalf to ensure quality and dignity are maintained.
We connect family caregivers with respite care, support groups, and professional guidance — because caring for a caregiver is just as important as caring for a senior.
One conversation with a Care Nexus Advisor gives you a curated plan, vetted options, and a trusted partner by your side — at no cost to you.
New Service
Life doesn't slow down — it evolves. Our Connected Living service brings seniors together through thoughtfully planned activities, outings, and multigenerational gatherings that spark joy, build friendships, and strengthen family bonds.
Care Nexus × Cafe Antonio's
We've partnered with Cafe Antonio's to bring restaurant-quality, chef-prepared meals directly to seniors — whether they're at home or in a community. Nutrition is the foundation of wellbeing, and every meal is crafted with that in mind.
Innovation in Senior Care
Care Nexus is at the forefront of integrating technology into senior living. Our AI companion robots — Pepper and Temi — bring a new dimension of engagement, safety, and connection to seniors' daily lives.
Pepper is a social humanoid robot that greets residents, answers questions, provides entertainment, and offers companionship — reducing isolation and bringing joy to senior living communities.
Temi is a personal robot assistant designed for home use — enabling video calls with family, medication reminders, telehealth connections, and real-time monitoring for seniors aging in place.
Technology doesn't replace human connection — it enhances it. Our AI companions work alongside our advisory team to create a seamless, supported experience for every senior we serve.
